The Hack: When a prospect gives you an objection or seems ready to end the call, use the "hand on the door" moment. As you’re about to wrap up, say: "Oh, just one more thing… I was curious, if you don't end up selling this month, what’s the backup plan?"
By asking a question as if it’s an afterthought, you remove the "sales pressure." People naturally open up when they feel the "pitch" is over. It’s a low-stress way to uncover the truth.

3. The Acquisitions Manager Approach (The Cash Offer)
In 2026, everyone wants speed and convenience. If you approach a seller as just another "agent looking for a listing," you’re going to get rejected. But what if you approach them as an Acquisitions Manager?
The Hack: Pivot your script to lead with value. Instead of asking to list their home, ask if they would be open to a cash offer or a "hassle-free" sale. You are representing the solution, not just a commission check.
